Vera Bradley Sale

I finally made it to the big Vera Bradley Outlet Sale in Ft. Wayne. Let me tell you, it was an adventure. We left at 6:30 in the morning and got home at 5pm. I have never seen so many people wait patiently in line to get a bargain. We waited in line for about 2 hours and we were somewhat near the front. I can't imagine how long some of the people waited. The line stretched for miles. The good thing was that you never felt like you were waiting because the line was always moving. They had this thing organized!The line outside the stadium. Mind you, there was another line inside. They did have a beverage cart and port-o-pots to help with the wait!
Shopping. You just grabbed and threw it all in your pink bag. Later, you sat down and sorted it all out. They had bins where you could dump off what you didn't want. It was hysterical watching people dive in those bins.
Yes, people did hit this limit (selling on Ebay), but I didn't come close to this. :)
The check out line was like getting on a ride at Disney World. The line never stopped moving, but it took an hour from start to finish.
Was it all worth it? Yea, I got some good deals. My favorite was my new diaper bag that was originally $125 and I got it for $70. Fun time was had by all. Thanks to Robyn and Sandy for driving and keeping me sane. What a day!
